Strive™ Curved Treadmill

Maintain at least 2.0m (79") of clear space directly behind the treadmill for safe dismount, treating the closest 90cm (35") as a critical no-go zone. We also recommend at least 60cm (24") of buffer on each side and 60cm (24") in front, clear of walls or other equipment.

At its highest point, the curved running deck sits 45cm (17.7") off the ground. When running, allow an additional 11–15cm (4.3"–5.9") of natural "bounce" on top of this — so you're looking at roughly 56–60cm (22"–24") of platform height above floor level. Because you're standing on this raised deck while running, the ceiling height you actually need depends on how tall you are: add your own height to that 56–60cm platform allowance, plus a little extra for natural head and arm movement while running, and compare the total to your ceiling height. There's no single "standard" ceiling height to plan around — new homes are typically built to around 2.3m (2.5m in London), but garages, lofts, and older properties are very often lower. We'd recommend measuring your actual ceiling height and factoring in the height of whoever will be using it before you order, particularly for garage, loft, or basement installations.

Once fully assembled, the unit is 97.8cm (38.5") wide and won't fit through most doorways. With the cup holder removed, it's approximately 85cm (33.5"), which may still not clear a standard interior door opening (typically 76–80cm). The treadmill must be built in its final location — we recommend having someone to help you.

This ships on a pallet, inside a crate with integrated ramps for roll-off. Our freight partner will contact you directly to book a delivery slot. We recommend being present to receive it and moving it to a covered, dry location straight away — it shouldn't be left outside in rain or snow.

No. Delivery is kerbside — the driver will bring the parcel to the nearest safe access point at your property. Drivers aren't authorised or required to move it up driveways, into garages, or into your home, though some may do so at their discretion. We recommend being present to direct placement.

The Strive™ Curved Treadmill arrives as a single parcel weighing approximately 240kg. We strongly recommend arranging at least one, ideally two, extra pairs of hands before delivery day, along with basic moving equipment (an appliance trolley and moving straps are ideal) if it needs to travel any distance, up steps, or around tight corners.

It can be installed on an upper floor, provided the floor is suitably rated and the unit can be transported there safely. At around 240kg plus the user's weight, concentrated over a relatively small footprint while running, we recommend checking with a builder or structural engineer that your floor construction can take this — particularly for older properties, suspended timber floors, or flats/apartments where you may also need to check with building management. This is worth doing before you order, not after delivery.

Yes. Transition is handled via a single lever that controls the clutch system and sled levels. For safety, stop the belt before switching from run to sled. A brake engages automatically during transition if the belt is still moving.

The deck angle (flat vs. 3° incline), the sled resistance (8 levels), and the sled push handle position (multiple grip options for different body sizes and push styles).

The flat deck position is more controlled and endurance-focused. It encourages a mid-foot strike and promotes upright posture which is great for distance running technique. The incline deck position is more responsive and sprint-focused. Great for sprints and cross-training workouts where intensity is the priority.

Yes. Engage the resistance, turn around, and walk using the side rails for support. For heavy reverse sled drags, pair with the REP belt squat belt (sold separately).

FTMS-compatible third-party apps are fitness tracking applications that use the Fitness Machine Service (FTMS) Bluetooth protocol to connect with exercise equipment, allowing users to monitor and analyze workout data in real-time. Popular options include Zwift, Kinomap, GymTrakr, and iConsole. 

Not directly. The console pairs via Bluetooth FTMS with compatible fitness apps (Zwift, Kinomap, GymTrakr, iConsole). Apple Health, Apple Watch, and Garmin devices can only receive workout data through a connected FTMS app — there is no direct device-to-console pairing.

Time, distance, calories, speed, pace, and heart rate (with a compatible ANT+ or Bluetooth HR monitor). It also shows estimated sled weight when resistance is engaged and the current deck incline position.

No. All bearings are sealed and pre-lubricated. Routine lubrication is not required.
