Yes, the REP Resistance Bands will work great as an assist for your dip training on this attachment. You could also utilize the Dip Belt if you want to increase the weight resistance beyond your body weight.

The Dip Attachment 2.0 installs from the side of your rack uprights and swings up into place. The included mag pin secures the attachment in place.

The Dip Attachment 2.0 is compatible with any REP uprights that are 3" x 3" with 1" hole sizing and 2" hole spacing. The PR-5000, Apollo™, Omni™, Wall-Mount Fixed Rack, and Oxylus™ - Yoke all have compatible uprights. If you have a 5000 series rack with an Ares™ 2.0 or Athena®, including the Summit™ racks, you will be able to use this attachment on your front uprights by moving the cable trolley out of the way.

No, the handle width is not adjustable. However, they do angle out which allows you to choose a comfortable width.

We recommend bolting down the rack or attaching Front Foot Extensions to increase the stability of your power rack. For the 5000 series, you can choose from the compatible Mini Front Foot Extensions, Front Foot Extension Pair, or Front Foot Extension Pair 2.0.

Yes, the dip attachment ships unassembled. The handles require assembly.
